Deep Frying Prime Rib

Hi,
I am planning on deep frying a prime rib, the trouble I am running into is to deep fry it with the bone or without. I have the amount of time to fry without the bone but not without.. If anyone knows the answer, PLEASE HELP. We are doing this for Super Bowl Sunday and have to figure it out.. Thanks,
