BABA GANOUCHE
1 Large Eggplant
Poke with fork and bake 45 min. @ 350°F until soft. Scoop out insides and coarsely chop.
1/4 cup tahini
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pita bread -- fresh out of the oven (see breads)
